| Q. |
What is Art Pixel Ads ? |
| A. |
Art Pixel Ads is an ArtQuest
project where you can buy advertising on the main homepage at artpixelads.com.
ArtQuest has literally thousands of members and many have requested advertising
on the main page of ArtQuest, so developing the Art Pixel Ad project was the perfect
solution !
The Art Pixel Ad main page is displaying Picasso's "Boy With Pipe",
which is known to be the highest priced painting sold at auction. The painting
grid measures 1050 pixels high x 850 pixels in width for a total of 892,500 pixels
available for advertisements. All the pixel spaces on the Art Pixel Ads main page
grid are for sale except for a small portion on the face of the boy and the pipe.
Reserving the face and pipe will ultimately save the face of the painting (no
pun intended:) when ads start to fill in all the blocks so the painting remains
recognizable. |

| Q. |
Why advertise on Art Pixel Ads? |
| A. |
It's a great way to inexpensively advertise
your art or product with a direct link to your site plus be a part of a "Visual
Artistic Project". When all the pixels have been purchased, we're hoping
for an artistic vision to unfold in and of itself!
And when you buy a pixel ad, your ad will appear for atleast 5 years !
Once the painting starts to fill up with pixel ads, we will also start to climb
in web rankings which means more traffic for you!
Additionally, ArtQuest, our main site, which receives between 3000-5000+ unique
visitors a day has prominently posted a link to artpixelads.com on the main page
and throughout the site. If you're interested in page rank, ArtQuest ranks a 6
and will definitely drive traffic to Art Pixel Ads! |

| Q. |
How long will you keep this site running and will my pixels be shown for that period of time? |
| A. |
For atleast 5 years ! Until May 1, 2011
or later! If this art project becomes an artistic work of art with all the pixel
ads surrounding the painting, we may just extend the site beyond that date for
sheer artistic pleasure. You're buying an advertisement that will stay on ArtPixelAds.com
for atleast 5 years. With only a one time purchase, your advertisement will always
be visible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for atleast 5 years with no rotation
or impression ratio! |

| Q. |
What can I advertise? |
| A. |
You can advertise anything as long as your ad and
website are not offensive. Basically, we do not allow web sites containing pornography,
racist information or illegal content. We ask that you please do not submit obscene,
offensive or adult images as these ads will simply not be approved. This site
is about creating a vision of art in advertising. If you submit an image or link
that is rejected for obscene, offensive or adult reasons, you will lose your pixels
and will not be refunded. |

| Q. |
What the heck is a pixel ? |
| A. |
A pixel is short for "Picture Element" and it's the
smallest possible unit of a digital image. It's basically the smallest little
dot on your computer screen and it's as tiny as the period at the end of this
sentence. On the homepage of Art Pixel Ads, each square on the grid is 10 pixels
x 10 pixels for a total of 100 pixels. Anything smaller and you'd need a magnifying
glass to see it :) Try clicking on this period which is about the size of 1 pixel
. It's pretty tough to click on it and
it will just disappear on any grid. Therefore, the minimum pixel block that can
be purchased is a 10 x 10 pixel block for a total of 100 pixels. These miniature
ads are then placed on the Art Pixel Ads homepage and are linked to the web sites
of the various advertisers.

Here are some pixel block examples and image samples to

| Q. |
How much does it cost ? |
| A. |
An Ad consists of a graphic image which
then links to your site. The smallest Pixel Ad we offer is 10 pixels in height
and 10 pixels in width, that totals 100 pixels which is currently $25 (USD), for
a single block on the grid. You can buy as many blocks as you wish. The price
will most likely increase after the first 100,000 pixels are sold. Keep in mind
this is a one time charge and the site will appear for atleast 5 years !
So, how much is one little square block on the grid? $25.00
You can do the math ! Consider a 10x10 block at only $25 -- Your ad will stay
on Art Pixel Ads for 365 days for 5 years. That's 1825 days. $25 divided into
1825 days equals only $0.01 a day! Yes, 1 cent a day for a 1 block pixel ad
for 5 years! Now that's incredibly reasonable advertising! |

How do I pay ? |
| A. |
We accept checks, money orders and payment
made through PayPal which is secure and widely used. Your ad will appear quickly
by paying via PayPal. If you're paying by check, your pixel ad will be reserved
as your check must first clear before your Pixel Ad is posted.
Another form of payment that we accept is credit card using the secure server
at ArtQuest. You must sign up as a member of ArtQuest to use the secure server
for a credit card payment. So, you would place your pixel ad and then during checkout,
choose the Check Method of Payment. Then proceed to the ArtQuest site and sign
in and click the buttons: More Features/ Payment Options/ Make Any Payment. Then
fill out the credit card form and in the payment description just let us know
you submitted an ad at artpixelads.com and well send you a receipt. If you have

Yes, you can change your information anytime. Simply

Will you correct any
mistakes I make after my pixel image is placed on your website ? |
| A. |
If we find the ad is not showing correctly, at our

| Q. |
What happens if my link becomes dead or inactive? |
| A. |
If a site remains inactive or receives a "dead
page" error upon clicking for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to
remove a link which is not a cause for refund or notification. If you're moving
your site and expect more than 30 days downtime, by all means let us know so that
your pixel ad is not removed. |

| Q. |
If I bought my pixels from you will I own any part of your website? |
| A. |
No. A purchase of pixels from artpixelads.com is only
a purchase of the space on our homepage. You will not own any part of the website
itself. Our responsibility is limited to solely displaying your image with your
link, on our website. You are basically being granted the right to submit an image
and link which will then be published on the homepage in the respective space
you have paid for during the submission process. Look at it like a billboard you
see on any major highway -- it is your advertisement being displayed but you don't
own the billboard. :) |

| Q. |
Can I sell my pixels to someone else? |
| A. |
Yes. Whether you've purchased 100 or 100,000 pixels,
a flat $100 administrator fee is due to us by the new owners before the changes
go live. This will cover all the changes the administrator must make to get the
new owner up and running smoothly. The new owners must also agree to the same
terms and conditions and when you do sell your pixels to someone else it is not
a cause for a refund. |

24 hours has past since you placed an order for a Pixel Ad with a successful PayPal
or credit card payment but you cannot see your image on the main page, please
