When you 'buy' pixels on artpixelads.com, you will not 'own' any part of the site. You are simply granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the site until January 1, 2011 in the respective space for which you have paid.

You will not be entitled to any refund once your pixel image and link are accepted and published on this site.

No obscene, racist, offensive, or adult images or links will be accepted. Art Pixel Ads will decide what is not appropriate so if you're unsure, email us first and ask. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you can submit an alternative image and link, otherwise you will lose your pixels (no refund allowed). Once your link is accepted and if you later change the content of the linked site to show any offensive, racist, obscene, or adult material, your link will automatically be removed permanently (no refund allowed).

If for whatever reason you would like your image and link removed from this site, just email us and we will remove it for you. There will be no refunds and the space you had purchased will become available for sale to the general public.

Images must be the exact size for which you've ordered. For example 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels. Images must be in GIF, JPG or PNG format and be a reasonable file size. Please do NOT submit an animated image as it will be removed.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time and without notice. If you've already purchased a pixel ad, that particular ad will not be affected. Future ads you want to purchase will be under any new pricing posted.

We reserve the right to introduce new forms of advertising media and to expand the advertising capacity of the website.
